Meet Katrina Lake, the founder and CEO of fashion subscription startup Stitch Fix. At 34 years old, Katrina has proven the naysayers wrong at every stage of her success. “We’ve been underestimated before,” says Katrina. Let’s run the numbers: Six-year-old company, $120 million in VC funding, $1 billion in annual revenue. And on top of that, earlier this month, Katrina made history as the youngest woman founder to lead a company to an IPO…ever. Due to the success of her business, Forbes thinks Katrina is in line to join the likes of Oprah Winfrey and Beyoncé on their Richest Self-Made Women list in 2018.
